    That may be the official line but I can guarantee you many who can't attend simply ask someone who is usually Glasgow based to hold the card and when the ST holder can't go to try and let it be used by someone else. As it happens that is exactly what I do for a ST holder who lives in England. When he comes up I just meet him and hand the ST card over.

    I know several guys who do this and they don't look for any money back on the ST. That's not to say you can't ask something for the use but don't expect to get the full ticket price back per game. Though I have seen ST's being used on a match by match basis for £20.

    If as gasrex says you want the ST to ensure you have a seat for any games of your choice and be guaranteed CL group stage tickets, or in with a shout of cup final tickets etc then that is the way to do it.

    Celtic used to run a scheme where a ST could notify the club when they wouldn't be attending and then the club would give that seat to a charity or school kid for free. Not sure if that still operates though.

    Hi all

    Decided to get my season ticket this season after just buying single tickets last few years. Selected my seat and paid for it online at the end of May. Got a confirmation e-mail but have heard nothing since not even a letter? When should I expect to received my ticket does anyone know?

    Also online there is no options for auto opting in to cup games etc.... has anyone else paid online in the past and know about this? Cheers

    New ST cards are being issued early July. You need to contact the TO direct to have yourself put down for the home cup ticket scheme. Probably best to just call and quote your client code which should be in the confirmation e-mail.

    HCTS is I believe only available via direct debit and not via the 4 or 10 month Zebra finance. Not sure if credit cards will count as a direct payment option.

    I sent off my form along with the zebra finance form (I'm taking the 10 month package) first class yesterday, I'm assuming it will have reached the ticket office today. Anybody have an idea of how long it takes them to process these applications roughly?

    Just I know the qualifier is included on the ST and it's the 15th July; wondering if I'll be sorted by then or not.

    It should be sorted pretty quick assuming your credit history is ok. I'd say if nothing heard by a week before the first qualifier phone the TO and ask for a status update.

    My new card just arrived there, noticed theyve took away the card number thing you could use to get 5% back in credit in the Celtic shops

    What one did you get? mines is green with the picture of the Celtic way but the greens that dark you can barely see the Celtic way through the green.

    Feels a bit thinner or bendier than the old ones.

    My mate wants to get a season ticket this season. What's the script with credit checks getting a season ticket through Zebra these days? My mate got knocked back by them a couple of seasons ago because he failed the credit check yet another mate who hadn't worked in a couple of years and had a * credit rating got one no bother. Is it worth his while trying again as he is making more money but his credit rating hasn't got any better ?
