The Season Ticket Thread: all season ticket queries in here only

What is the main reason people are delaying? Is it because they will refuse to buy one if a newco is re-introduced to the SPL or because they dont want to spend over £500 on a ST without the OF games? Either way, seems like a lose lose situation to me

 

Basically if our board vote a hun newco back in then a lot of people will boycott us, but if (as I suspect) our board votes them out and others vote them in, they people will just boycott away games and stay supporting our club.

It's all indefinite yet anyway as the huns might not even go to a newco.

Has anyone on here ever applied for a student discount on their ST? Got the renewals in today but last year i went down as a 17-18 so this is my my season starting while i'm in full-time higher education. The problem i have is, where would i go to get the stamp from the university? Would Celtic still accept it if like an administrative person signed and stamped it or would i have to get a lecturer to do it?

 

My season ticket is an automatic renewal, so why have they sent me out a renewal form? do i still need to fill it in.

 

if its automatically renewed your letter will say your season ticket has been automatically renewed. Look on the ticket website and see if it is waiting to be renewed just to double check

Same for me. Mine is £609 without discount. You need to print off the form and take it to Student Enquiries and they'll do it for you. Problem is they won't sign it until after the summer. What uni do you go to?

 

It's a * joke they don't just accept student cards.

Yes eventually you get it back, i was lucky enough last year when i went to admin that the woman had no idea she wasn't allowed to say i would be a student again next year, unfortunately this year they have cracked down on that.

My seat in 403 is 500 without student discount and 415 with it.

 

I think it is but you can see the trouble, a student card doesn't actually prove either
a) full time student, part time still get a card
b) it may say student till 2013 but you may drop out before that time.

 

Over 500 quid without the OF games, to sit in the freezing cold with a pish atmosphere around the whole stadium apart from 111, and 111 is the only section that sings? Not to mention the level of opposition our opponents are, if it was the EPL and we were playing the likes of United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Spurs, City ect. week in week out, then I would pay it. But Hearts, Dundee, Aberdeen, St Mirren, Hibs..... No thanks... I love Celtic but come on to *, these prices are * ridiculous!

 

I know that you're supposed to pay the full amount then get the student refund, but nowhere on the season ticket form does it actually say this.

Think I'm going to tick the box for student which says £504 and send them payment for £504 and see what they say to that. It should be £609.

 

If the * start any of their pish about my cousins 13-16 ticket, mines moving up to 17-18 or my uncles details being changed to my dads they can stick their renewal up their *. Can't be * with any of their pish tomorrow.

Don't worry about the deadline, it ALWAYS gets extended.

I've not renewed yet for a couple of reasons, too skint this month and still interested to see what I'll actually be paying for next season. I'm moving seat anyways so I don't mind if mines gets taken.
