I'm ashamed that you have chosen to compare our situation here with the spoilt brat brigade in the EPL who are wiping their * with £1000 notes. Chelski who can spend zillions buying their way to success and their fans can understandably sit back and support a coach rated amongst the top five in the world when they go through a mini blip. Or maybe you know something the rest of us don't!:97:

Undoubtedly true. The tail is wagging the dog and for years nobody at our club wanted to do anything about it. Why people put up with it i'll never know.

    In reply to the OP....Hopefully.

Not a Celtic manager, and never will be.

Of course it's not solely him but that team is virtually his. Why aren't they playing for him?

    Gordon-* knows

    Lustig-Injuries
    Boyata-bought by Ronny
    Erik -too early but bought
Tierney -no complaint but brought through by Ronny

    Broony
    Bitton

    Gms-bought by Ronny
Mcgregor -5 year deal from Ronny
    Armstrong -bought by Ronny

    Griff-A new lease under Ronny..

That's 7 first team player's that Ronny's had a impact with but the gutlesnnes was that of an interim manager unfamiliar with those under him. They are showing nothing for him. Barring the obvious..

My point is what good does it do giving Deila absolute abuse would it not be more constructive to get behind the team and the manager as clearly you and I do not make the final decision, the board aren't stupid they know when they have to bag someone and being screwed by a referee on Sunday and a * 2-1 loss in our hardest game of the season and everyone is going berserk I just do not understand it. It's plain to see that he never won some people over since the whole Legia result and plainly never will it makes me sick seeing the abuse he gets, discontent and criticism is one thing this is getting ridiculous.

The lack of heart from a good few of our players is heartbreaking they need dropped.

They play for Celtic. They are PAID to play for Celtic, it is their job.

If any of our players downed tools to get a manger sacked, I'd want them sacked as well.

Can I ask a question? If the game tonight had been against Sevco instead of Aberdeen, would you be calling for the managers job? We would be pulling together and relishing the competition and challenge and rivalry, not starting to panic.
There are people saying we have gone backwards and not progressed, but the fact is other teams have got richer and we have stopped spending loans to pay for players and contracts like in the O'neill days. The club is run on a spend what we bring in basis.

Naw Ronnie, other way about, you and your team give everything 100%, every game, not spineless, heartless, gutless performances that have become too much like the norm and then we'll give the support you deserve.

I think you have out stayed your welcome, Ronnie. When I see him at the side of the pitch when things are going well I think "rabbit caught in headlights". He seems absolutely clueless, no tactical nous whatsoever, his man management skills seem hopeless. We just don't look like a TEAM anymore.

I hope he's gone tomorrow but that's not likely.

RD: "Together we’re going to do it. We are one club and everybody is working everyday to get the best results and best performance."

Same ol' bullshit. I mean talk about stating the obvious. You're hardly gonna be working 7days a week to get the worst results and worst performances :bbpd:

RD: "When the Celtic support is behind the team it’s great. In the end they have their opinion and opportunity to say what they want."

RD: "They supported us during the game and I really appreciate that."

I don't want to hear that. I wanna hear him get angry. Cos that's how most of us are feeling. There was absolutely no positives from tonights result. He should be getting tore into his players for that effort. We can take getting beat. We've been beat plenty in the past and will be beat plenty in the future. It's the nature of the defeats and performances that gets me and I'm sure most of you, down. Out with a whimper. Big games bottlers. Fundamental errors occur far too frequently.

I like the idea of Ronnie Deila, I just don't like Ronnie Deila the manager.

Well I have backed RD over the course and up until recently. But the guy picks the team, makes the formation, gives the orders and makes subs too late and shown no plan b. His one up front in the league should not be so rigid for every game. Horses for courses. So plan your game around your up coming opposition and not a philosophy. His ideology is great on paper but will not win us games when needed. The football this season has been so turgid for want of a word. So I don't think the abuse is unwarranted but maybe a bit scathing. As he was chosen for this gig when he wasn't expecting it. Nice guys do not make winners.:50:
