I don't know. Why don't you PM him to make sure he doesn't miss it.

I don't think he's as dumb as you so he will more than likely agree with me:smiley-laughing002:

Unfortunately I don't see the point in that. If he's here at the end of the season he needs to be in charge for our CL attempt. The time to get shot of him is now so a new manager can bring in one or two new players.

Otherwise get shot of him in March/April so the new manager can work with the squad and maybe add to it. But if he's here at the end of May I think we need to stick with him.

I don't understand this hostile observation that removing Deila will fix our problems when its down to the structural inconsistency from the very top. This does not insinuate that he deserves more time or I want him here I just think hes been given a job where he is isolated: not given his background staff, given a recommended recruitment process and a unreliable purchase young to sell high philosophy.

Just sack him. Stokes on loan. Doesn't have a clue. We should have left him in Norway after Molde away. Impostor.

You are 100% right. There is problems at policy level that need addressed but we are in the middle of an emergency on the football side of things, which needs sorted now before this gets worse.

We are in the middle of an emergency because of the counter-productive appointments and policy.

Google Aberdeen transfers season 2014/15 they signed one player for a fee, Kenny McLean from St Mirren for £275,000, we spent a minimum of £6,000,000 on players that season on signings and loan fees, hence our budget is at least 25 times that of Aberdeen, could you imagine for one moment, Delia operating on a budget of £275,000????????????????

Think he won the league in Norway with that budget.

I am not going to argue with that. I dont think any poster on this site has a stronger view than me in this regard. First things first though on the pitch we have a massive problem with our manager. Sort this first. It really is critical that we get a man in to repair the Deila damage asap. The policy not to sign players at their peak is the most idiotic football decision since Scott Brown was played at left back.

The only positive I see about Ronny right now is his links to the Norwegian market which is brimming with young talent, namely Ajer but there are others. If he can bring a few of them our way I'd be up for giving him my support for another season.

I think the reason we hired him was to sign that kid who ended up at Madrid. That and the fact that he is on 20p a week and does what he's told.

    What structural inconsistencies?

He picked his backroom staff of Collins & Kennedy, as he didn't know Scottish football or the club. That's been proved glaringly obvious.

Buying young to sell high is what all clubs use now, unless your a man city. Some will point the finger of blame at all bar Ronny.

In the last 5 years, the boards only failing has been Mowbray & Deila.

This time next year, if we are still playing the same style of football and signing the same grade of players would every still be happy and want him here?

To be fair if we don't get better after this window i don't see it getting better no matter how long he is given.

Few new players(for the future) and then same old crap for the rest of the year is not what anyone wants.

If he does he has to go. He is treating it like a world cup final because he can see the writing on the wall. It can hardly be described as a blip either because he has spoke to the media during the week saying he will take scraping any aul win.
