On your hypothetical scale which means nothing in the real World, 7.

Aye because that's the beauty of the loan market, heid the baw.

Bailly is a back up goalkeeper and Janko is a good signing.

Craig Gordon is a Deila signing and if he was at the Club before I had heard of Ronny Deila he must have been training with Celtic for months. In reality he was at Murray Park.

Janko has barely featured this season, I don't know how you can class him as a good signing yet.

Interesting that you would give him a 7/10 in terms of signings. I honestly feel as though a 3 would be pretty generous.

Og1 - You know that's an answer we don't have though. What experienced managers can we afford?

It's the budget policy that is the reason for the whole shebang, we're trying to compete on a budget. We might afford a decent manager by offering a % of CL money but who will work with budget players? Managers have their CV to worry about. We're a big club but no one wants to be seen to have failed in Europe. The board won't go into debt, no way.

Deila was the manager when Craig was signed.

    Nonsense.

A free transfer from Man United that their fans are calling Pogba MKII is a decent but of business at worst.

You could go through every signing, the really * ones have been loans we've handed back. Scepovic is the worst that we've actually paid for.

Gordon was here before deila was appointed not sure if he had a say before officially becoming our manager or if it was the old coaching team that recommend him signing

I know we can attract a superior manager than Ronny Deila.

Signings aren't judged on names or reputation.
If we signed messi on a free transfer and he played have a dozen games over the course of 2 years he would be deemed a poor signing.

As a collective we've spent the best part of £10m and added 3 players to the first 11 imo. That is pretty poor.

Every single player is a gamble and every single manager will get it wrong and right.

That's just words Og1, if a manager is that experienced we would know his name. All the names I've heard mentioned are out of our price range although rumours of Moyes persist. Don't get me wrong, if we fail in the summer we'll have to get someone new but it's not going to be easy and probably another gamble.

Stone the * crows I must have missed what a genius scout Deila is. Top manager I have been wrong all along. He signed Craig Gordon from obscurity. I must have went on a mushy flashback and imagined that he was training with us trying to earn a permanent contract working with Stevie Woods before anyone even heard of Ronny Deila.

That argument is absurd. Giving credit to Deila for signing Gordon is like giving credit to some joker who records an important event on his mobile phone. Right place at the right time. Deila had nothing to do with his signing.

No. No gambles. Just pay money for a man like Moyes or whoever else. He will pay for himself after qualifying for Europe.

Diahbi you haven't included qualifying for the CL, that's his most important task and will decide his future here.

Yes he did. The value of some things is intangible i.e. Seville. Priceless memories an all that.

Under our current austerity policy he will pay his whole contract in one season if we work under the assumption that Deila will once again fail.
