This Celtic-team is crap. Where are the defenders? Deila could have bought a back 4 from Norway on par with the Molde defenders for under the price of Ciftci.

Sorry Ronny mate, it's over. And I believed that we could do it tonight aswell, and you would help us do that. Instead the players come out with no motivation, play * and you decide to stick on a striker for a centre-half.

Your problem is that you actually expect Celtic to be a regular Barcelona-beater...Miracles DO happen sometimes, but not regularly.

It's hard to believe that you have any european expectations with this group of players at all. What is really needed at Celtic, is a reality check.

Ok, so Deila is responsible for signing these players - but I don't think you have any idea under what circumstances he has to work under.

Which manager do you honestly think is capable of bringing Celtic back to 150% of it's potential?

I seen what you were trying to do but if you don't take care of the here and now and you don't learn from your mistakes then i do not trust you with another CL qualifying campaign.

Biggest fan of his, think he knows a lot about fitness, diet, getting the best out of players etc. But his tactical ability is woeful. That's one game too many for me now, get him to * and take PL and DD with you to the supposed American franchise.

Not that I have any hope, but it is 3 weeks till the Ajax game. If we get someone in within the next 7 days, we could end up with 8pts out of this group...maybe just enough to get through. But I assume that is the thinking of the board and Ronny tonight and doubt any action will be taken while that slight hope for them exists.

 

Not at all but i do expect to beat the likes of Molde, Maribor and Malmo.. Enough quality in the squad to do that..

Listening to Molde fans giving it "Ole" in the last 5 minutes was * heartbreaking.

Everyone at this club needs to take a long hard look at themselves.

 

This Europa League campaign has been quite simply not good enough.

It's an awkward situation we are in now, still in with a chance of a treble but the majority want the manager gone. I don't think the board will go for that but even if they need to take a look at themselves too in my eyes.

I sympathise with Ronny big time as he simply hasn't had the personnel in defence. Simunovic has barely played and Blackett and Ambrose are two complete duds. I don't think Ronny has been backed sufficiently and it has shown. Maybe there is a manager that will come in and do a lot better with the same sort of backing but I am not convinced.

I would love to see Lenny come back and keep Ronny as a coach/assistant but I don't think Ronny would go for that, it would completely undermine him. I do think he has a lot to offer in a coaching capacity though.

 

150% potential doesn't exist. it's 100%, that's the whole point of it.


Deila is at fault for this shambles that happens ON the park. Defensively he is naive and arrogant. He refuses to change the blatant weakness that we have. His fault.

As for the calibre of players we have and the general fall from grace, we can point to the board. But even under that circumstance, the players we have are better than they are showing. We know this, but we are let down by shocking defensive tactics and overall bad player selections and no plan b.

 

Thought he got the starting line up spot on and the first half we defenitely didn't deserve to be losing. Totally different story in the second half. Was his job to have us fired up and ready to go. Clearly didn't happen.

Probably last straw for him tonight.

 

That was brutal, I've never been sure about Kennedy and Colin's either maybe Ronny would do better with his choice of staff.

 

That has to be it now. Every time we need the team to put in a performance in Europe we've bottled it. We're comfortable in the League but, let's face it, we should be thrashing teams in Scotland (with all due respect).

We need change.
