Totally, we really need to get Nirlo on a better contract with a nice, tempting pay rise, etc. he deserves it for one thing and he is fast becoming irreplaceable.

 

Case in point, should 10IAR really be expected to be a cakewalk? That's, 10 Prem wins, 10 whole seasons with the likes of the Sheep and Hearts getting stronger and the zombies coming back from the dead soon too, aswell as playing good football.
If 10IAR actually happens, and I hope it * does, it will be anything but a cakewalk and nor should it be.

 

We will only be half way to 10iar after this season, long way to go and many things can happen.

 

Yes. Continued CL qualification sees us out of sight. Failure in the last 2 seasons has seen us go backwards when we could have done the financial legwork needed for 10 already. Doing the minimum required and hoping to jam our way in is the boards fault but on the pitch Ronny needs to be significantly better than he has been. His stubbornness and refusal to play the correct tactics in the majority of domestic games will also come into play.

 

Ronny won't be here for 10IAR anyway 4 years is the lifespan of our managers

 

Changing manager when we are chasing it is idiotic. Stability will see us over the line. Transition could cost us. Saying that though I would like to see Lennon finish what he started.

I love Ronny as well but this job can be draining on manager I think he'll do 4 years but I do hope he's here for Alex Ferguson number of years tbh

That's what he's setting up for I think, maybe not that long but I would say 6 or so years with a good set up for whoever takes over after.

Anyone else think he left it a bit late to bring on rogic and Armstrong on Thursday? I think that's been one of his biggest faults at celtic, leaving it too late to make subs.
