1.) People don't want to give to Deila - he's Celtic manager after all. Not only hatred of Celtic and foreigners but pure jealousy. Add in too that the amount of times Deila has insulted their philosophies with his 100% accurate description of Scottish football.
2.) Neilson and McInnes split the vote in two that, normally one of them, would get. Neilson was pumped by us in two comps and McInnes was pumped in the cups as well, so their achievements are diluted with regards to Deila.
3.) Hughes is clearly a likable guy and very popular. Would have won him all the votes of people who couldn't decide between the other two.

EDIT: Maybe, because the vote was early, they thought Aberdeen would win the league?? and decided to vote for the next Premier League manager? :smiley-laughing002:
