Europe after Christmas and a double is a good first season, especially considering we sold £12+ million worth of players and, including January, only spent £4million.

Henderson could have the game was crying out for his youthful energy.

Very happy with Ronny tho and he needs proper backing in the summer.

I'm happy with him being out on loan though. I think that is just what he is needing, providing he can play regularly. I know what you are saying though, he could have maybe had a positive impact, but long term, him being out on loan, will only benefit us I feel.

I'm still on the Deila bus but I have to say I thought he got it spectacularly wrong the other day.

To continue the pressing game when down to ten men, even though it was apparent we were looking tired and sluggish, was not the correct decision.

We should have went 4-3-1-1 and tried to plug the gaps in defence and try to hit them on the break.

His subs were baffling as well.

I think a lot of this has been forgot in the mess of the refs decisions.

Hopefully he will learn from this and I'm sure he will, as he has done throughout the season.

I said a couple of weeks ago that I thought loaning Henderson out was a bad idea. We are really thin in the to CM positions. To be fair to Ronny I don't think we seen Mulgrew having a setback.

Aye, Henderson would have been ideal to bring on when it was clear Commons couldn't run anymore. Tonev was the wrong option, and tucking Henderson and Johansen into midfield might have made us a bit less susceptible to counters.

Have to give Inverness some credit for really taking advantage of the fact we had ten men though, we never got decent service to Griffiths after the red card through a combination of his touch being off and them having two players surrounding him right away.

I was crying out for a 3 man midfield after the sending off. We got outnumbered, I would have even accepted Ambrose being in there.

    Agreed.

Thought we should just have sat back and played a bit more conservatively. Taking Forrest off as well when Gordon got sent off was a strange decision. He was the biggest threat, while Commons had been poor. Left us with no pace on the break - Griffiths aside who again, had a bit of a stinker.

Maybe he just didn't want to do the striptease for winning the treble

imo Berget and Wakaso are alright. Tonev and McGregor are by a mile the two worst in our squad right now.

Berget was average but I think one of the worst you have ever seen is being a bit harsh.

    He barely played anyway:smiley-laughing002:

It's just a thing attached to Berget to say that imo. He played a handful of games, and in one of them scored 2 and hit the bar. That alone is so much more than Willo Flood, Mark Fotheringham, Juninho or Mo Bangura ever offered.

Actually think quite a lot, Ronny him and John Collins all talk on the touchline, how much he's listened to I don't know but he's clearly a valuable member of the team.
