Roy Keane is a decent coach as has been shown but there would need to be a strong personality to manage him. His problem is he expects players to play like he did, 100% full on and desire to win every match like a mad man. Very short tempered which doesn't go well with teams like Sunderland etc that loose a lot games.
He done amazingly with Sunderland in his first season, but soon showed his true colours when the team started loosing.

When we lift the Treble this season Ronny will automatically be a Celtic Legend.
Only 2 Celtic managers in the history of the club has won a treble.
Big Jock (twice) and Martin O'Neill. He will be the 3rd.
Considering the Celtic stars we have had as managers i would say that's quite an achievement.

It's taken a bit longer for me to warm up to Ronny than it seems to have taken most of you guys. He is gradually winning me over though.

A lot of people outside of Celtic will try to downplay it if we win the treble but the fact is Ronny will be only the third Celtic manager ever to do it. It will be a special achievement and something worthy of much celebration.

"I think Stefan is very fond of Celtic and it’s a much bigger club to play for than for example West Bromwich."

Bout time someone grow a set and said this well in Ronny.

Trying to establish ourselves as a proven path for young player development is absolutely everything the club is driving towards, with RD being the main motivating force.

If the agents (and parents) of young talent see us as a place where they will undoubtedly play and become better players, then they will be queuing up to come to CP.

Lenny has set the ball rolling in modern times with Victor et al, but this needs to be come a regular occurrence rather than a bit of a one-off.

Obviously much easier said than done (maybe even verging on the impossible) but once RD starts getting a name for fitness, diet and general excellent football performance, then it makes some of the steps easier to take in that regard.

That is certainly the football utopia I would wish for as a a fan. Who knows how far down that path we can go (hey this is Scotland, something's bound to * up) but it can hopefully be a good ride while we find out :celt_2:

What we need to do is re-invest properly though, we sold our £10m goalkeeper, where did we invest that so our next sale might be £14m/£15m.

    That's what we're looking for.
