    I'd agree with this Random. I think he is content ( or expected) that has he would be allowed to do his work on the training pitch and then people would see the results on the field.

    This might explain the "release" of the Ronny Roar as well and how important it has become.

    I think Keane could learn from Ronny but I am not sure he will.

    Pretty sure we only offer managers one year rolling contracts? Although I agree a good 4 year deal or something would show our intentions and give him the backing he deserves.

    Anyway, seen a quote from him today in the paper saying he wants to scour europe for young stars. My love for the guy grows and grows, his philosophy is spot on.

    I know we have been looking around Europe for good young players but he was talking about 17-19 year olds not just those in their early 20's. Wants to follow the Ajax model.

    Remember when he first arrived he was talking about a big £20m training centre for the winter? Wonder if we will ever see that:56:

    I would honestly want nacho novo as Celtic manager before Roy Keane. Guy is an * of the highest order who should probably be in jail. He had one half decent spell in management the best part of a decade ago and will never remove his ego from his own * to see where his shortfallings are.

    I think a lot of it is to do with how good a player he was and how many great players he played with and against. I can imagine him getting really frustrated with average and * players.

    It has nothing to do with that and everything to do with the fact he is an over-aggressive and abrasive character that will never be a successful football Manager in a million years.

    Lacks respect for people, has zero man management skills and we dodged one almighty bullet by not bringing him in.

    This, the man does know his football and knows what it takes to succeed but he has no other abilities as a manager.

    He's abrasive and doesn't seem to be able to get on with anybody.

    That's not a good mix for a manager.
