    Atlanta United announced Ronny Deila as the head coach of Atlanta United on December 20, 2024.
    Deila brings more than 17 years of head coaching experience across multiple countries and has won a total of six trophies, including four league titles and two domestic cup competitions. The Norwegian manager returns to MLS where he won the MLS Cup with New York City FC in 2021.

    Always have a lot of time for Ronny, funny enough the guy on VAR for Sunday was the same guy who missed the most blatant handball you'll ever see to deny Ronny a deserved treble.

    See this is his second job in America, still only 49 as well.

    Think our fans have rewrote history on him a bit, he’s well liked near universally. I hope he does well don’t think he’s a bad guy but sticks in my head him throwing Kennedy under the bus, and ever after doing it, it’s been a thing the support took to heart and turned on Kennedy so many times. The defensive coach * still gets brought up, * when we actually had a defensive coach purely that role in Kolo Toure it was still being rolled out.



    that was down to Ronny, and it done a bit of damage. He was out his depth and looked for excuses, and Kennedy got the derry for it.
