The players let him down as well, alot of people not performing for him i.e Scott Broon, Forrest and Commons, even Johansen who you would have thought he would want to repay him for believing in him in Norway and turning him into a POTY however debatable.

Foreign managers can struggle in Scotland, but i do not know for the life of me how our fitness has been so poor. For a guy who lectures and does seminars on modern football and all that *, he got one of the basic fundamentals of this disastorously wrong p

Wouldn't be surprised to see him go on to have a successful career.

It was an interim plan due to the whole 'Nae Rangers' - which nobody could have saw coming - thing.

Maybe, even as angry as I have been with Deila, getting an experiment in while Rangers were toiling in the backwaters... to then punt him when Rangers were resurgent, is maybe a masterstroke?

This will all be forgotten about if he gets Moyes in with Lennon as his assistant, and we march to 10IAR

I agree with you to an extent but look at our team its the guts of Lennons team that played in the champions league and walked the league in the last season. Brown, Mulgrew, Lustig, Bitton, Commons, Griffiths, Stokes, Forrest, Johansen, Izzaguirre, Ambrose. These guys were all regulars under Lennon and are still there, they didnt become bad players overnight. Something somewhere has gone badly wrong and I just have a feeling John Collins especially could be a big part of it.

I'm glad this announcement has been made. We can support Ronny and the team now for the final five games.

So why the * would this charlatan, snake oil salesman, who in your own words couldn't even get the basics right, became a cult hero??????

He was our fat sally, totally * clueless, the huns won games when sally was in charge not because of him, but in spite of him and we were exactly the same under this deluded idiot.

If our new manager is half as good as their manager, we will destroy them with the players we have, we just need someone to motivate them.

Now that a huge weight has been lifted of the players heads, i cant wait to see their performances from now to the end of the season, i personally believe we shall now cruise to the title with the players, playing well.

If the players manage to lift themselves and coast to the title while still playing Ronny's formation and tactics then they can get to * as well.

The Celtic Song ... There can be only one !
Personally I hated the style of football he tried to implement. Perhaps made worse by the fact the players he had either couldn't or wouldn't play his way. 1 striker up front for 2 years in the SPL was enough to make you greet. Our team ran out of steam after an hour most games and where dead on they're feet on sunday, so bang goes the theory he was a fitness guru ..... It takes more than chips off the menu to become a truly great manager. Oh and don't even start me on what he done to Commons POTY before he arrived to a bit part player. No wonder his head went down.

Didn't rate his tactics, style or management of my club. Won 2 titles without any serious challenge, and will be rembered in the same sense as Mowbary for many of our fans.... Not sorry to see him away, onwards and upwards as they say.

Indeed. They've embarrassed themselves and the club if that's the case.

Not until he's quoted and replied to every one of our comments will I accept it's over.

You wouldn't be surprised to see him having a succesful coaching career?

I would considering he isn't just a coach and isn't going to be for any other Club either!

He already is a success and will be elsewhere into the bargain. What wouldn't surprise me is if we draw a team he manages in the very near future. And they knock us out.
