No other Club in Scotland is even remotely close to being big enough for him to manage. Depending on whether or not he wants to be closer to his daughters he might not even want to go to England.

He's more than capable of getting a big job back in Scandinavia.

I'm sure I remember hearing he turned down Malmo before he came here? A club like them, or Rosenborg or Copenhagen etc. His stock will still be high.

Ah sorry, I thought you were assuming he would want to stay in the UK.

Do you think he wants to try something on the continent then? Could maybe see that, and would be a good experience for him.

The thing is he's the one who picks the team.
He's the one who gives the instructions to them.
He should know if the players don't want to be there and pick others that do.
So yes, it's down to him.
The players that didn't feel like playing should also be told to get lost.

Just don't think his stock would be very high down there mate. Look at how difficult it was for Lennon to get a job down there after all the success he had up here, and even he ended up a club bound for League 1.

Unless he wants to settle for mid-table/bottom of League 1, I can't see him getting a job down South.

he's won ONE Norwegian league title.

he's won 2 gimmes that is the SPL.

He won't be managing anyone big. Back to Scandinavia no doubt. Malmo or the like.
