There has been a big shift in opinion since the last poll. If this was happening in the political world you can sure sure you would see plenty of polls. The poll attached to this thread does not reflect the opinions of posters and is misleading. If you will not do a new poll why not at least remove the one from this thread.

Well that poll was tainted by confirmation bias anyway as it was taken when people were raging but all the same I dont really need a graphic to tell me that people want him gone.

Sammy, Ledley, Matthews, Stokes, Commons, Mulgrew, Kayal. I would have listed Hooper like you said but I reckon he was going at that time anyway I would have had him back here by now possibly with McGeady.

This is definitely the dullest season I'v ever had following Celtic (94 onwards).

At least with Mowbray we had a couple of highlights like beating Moscow away, Robbie Keane giving us some exciting moments. This campaign has had nothing whatsoever, it really has been a chore. Got to the point I'm not even looking forward to Celtic games anymore. It's the least enjoyable and forgettable season by quite some distance.

I think he'll leave by mutual consent in May. We can't have another season of this rubbish.

The players aren't the problem though. We are strong enough to easily beat Dundee at home.

It's not easy to replace polls using the forum software we do, and it took a fair bit of jiggery pokery to get a new poll in place last time, so you'll understand if I don't go down the same road again.

A quick read through the thread leaves no one in any doubt what the majority think, so that'll do for now.

Hes awul. last night when i was at the game i was watching Paul hartley on the touchline and hes shouting at his players, motivating them right up. Ronny just stands with his hands in his pockets and waits for a * bus. He just doesnt do anything. We chucked on CKR yesterday and went 4-4-2 by the looks of it and the players had no idea what the * they were doing. Im sick of saying it but we have no plan b. This punting up the park to * Leigh Griffiths. Whats the actual point? He wins a decent amount of headers for a guy his size dont get me wrong but its not exactly his strongest attribute is it?! Just want this guy to * right off. Nice guy but the job is far too big for him and the fans are starting to stay away. * me the biggest cheer of the night came when gary harkins came on for Dundee. That tells you something

He's a good guy in so much as he's not offensive. Verbally anyway. He's a stubborn, inflexible, fantasist who would tender his resignation if he had any semblance of humility.

    Matthews is another good shout.
A core of good players, let slip away. Even though commons is still here, he's regressed something terrible. Due to not playing, only getting cameos and never in his position. The same position where he dominated.
Makes for some * poor reading.

He's an agreeable guy imo. He's definitely stubborn though.

Thinking about it now the fact he's a very agreeable guy is probably the reason he's still here.

Tend to agree with you, except for the resignation. He'd lose, financially, because of UK Employment Law. As for the type of Guy he is? From what I've read on Ronny, from his Press Conferences, he's out of the school of positive thinkers. He has principles, ideals, ways of doing things. I've met these guys before and worked with them, even gone to a few so called motivational seminars. They are great people as individuals, but the problem is that unless everyone around them buys into "the plan", the plan falls down. More than that, if others around don't agree or question, the positive thinker is so entrenched in their ways, that it's almost water off a ducks back. They keep going...it'll be alright on the night.

If you listen to Ronny's press conferences, they are basically all the same. There's little new he says. Same with his team formation and here lies my main concern. As with his life, for me, Ronny sees the game being played in a certain way. So it doesn't matter what players he selects, the formation will basically be the same, which is great for the opposition Manager. All he has to do is stop the attacks and play on our weaknesses, take their chances and hold firm. That then plays on the minds of the players who, I'm guessing, in every match think "here we go again.", which is what they probably think when Ronny speaks in the dressing room after the game. Physically they are up for the challenge but mentally they are shot.

So unless something changes, eg get Sutton to speak to the players behind closed doors or change to a diamond or drop a main player - for example Broonie, something that breaks the circle, something that the opposition don't expect, then we will carry on like we did vs EK, Hamilton and last night.

It isn't too late but unless there's is shift - and this has to come from Ronny - then it will be too late and I can see Aberdeen coasting to the winning line.

It's coming down to a simple choice for the board now, The fans or The Manager.

    Something has to give.

For a manager to be talking about losing a league we should be runin away with is a sacking offence. The performances have been awful the fact he is still in charge prove the board dont give a *
