I like him already, speaks well.

Only reservation about him at the moment that's came into my mind is playing too attacking against bigger opponents in Europe...

 

I don't think people realise how tough it is to win a treble imo if we get to the group stages of the CL I'd be happy to sacrifice the league cup

 

Welcome to Celtic Ronny. I like this appointment, something new, i was a wee bit skeptical when i first heard, but after all i have heard, cant see anything negative about the guy. Good luck Ronny.

Came across really well and to be frank said exactly what I wanted to hear.

 

BBC just apologised saying the delay affected scheduling and that's why they cut it off - despite it being an online stream.

Missed the question when he answered 'But I'm Ronny Deila'. Any idea what was put to him?

Did he say he wanted to add a culture of producing academy players? Thought it was too good to be true

Yeah what's this pessimism about Europe about..... we were absolutely abysmal this year in the group stages and struggled in the qualifiers, maybe now we'll be brave and not play overly cautious.

I think playing an ambitious way and trying to attack might shock a few teams.

When they asked about a number 2 and PL said im sure ronny has 2 or 3 in mind and they asked him if john collins was one of them what did he say.
I couldn't make it out...???

 

I think it makes sense the club wanting Deila as Lennon's assistant. It means we would have gotten him before anyone else snatched him up and he had time to settle. We would have had to because it was clear Lenny never had any plans on staying longer than another 1-2 years anyway.

 

He said yes John is under consideration
