What is more plausible the way I put it or the way you put it where he genuinely does not know that Deila won a league and a cup with stromgodset? That was the whole selling point when we hired him, we were told it was like winning the title with St Mirren. You would have to live on the * moon to not know that.

There's absolutely no reason to prefer Stubbs to Robbie Neilson beyond "he used to play for us!"- I'd rather Neilson, but want neither.

    Moyes, * no.

Rodgers definitely. I'd love Michael Laudrup, but maybe because of his brother he wouldn't go for it. Beyond that, I'd try outside the box again. No Steve Clark or Owen Coyle for me thanks.

To he honest if aberdeen do win the league and that's IF I'd say that would make mcinnes a fat better manager than deila.

As it stands if we swapped deila for mcinnes I honestly wouldn't care.

I'd hate it, McInness is * and no better than Deila, 2 bad results into a McInness management reign and it would be the same story.

I dont understand the resistance to Moyes. It's like some of our supporters think he is some sort of football dinosaur. Lennon had a reputation like that as well. I just dont get it. Read the article linked in here today. It's got more progressive talk than anything you will read and he has a track record of doing the business. Some managers have a fancy reputation and others dont. For some the perception is more important than the reality and that is a major reason why Deila got away with his crap for so long with some of our fans.

He wouldn't do worse anyway. I don't want him either though even if they do win the league. Would rather someone like rodgers.

I would be surprised if there was a single Aberdeen fan at this stage who wanted deila over mcinnes.

Judging by Doc Venglos's posting history, mines.

And I dont blame them. That's not to say that I want McInnes in our dugout either but objectively speaking he is better than Deila. The only metric for comparison is how they are both doing in Scotland. The fact that they can win the title just ends the argument.

Does anyone on this forum believe Ronny should be given more time?

We can't tell because for some reason the poll is stuck in a time warp.

Ach cmon now it's fashionable to take a pop at Venglos and you would know that being the master politician an all but I dont believe for one second that you genuinely think that Venglos was not aware that Deila won a league and a cup in Norway.

Don't believe all you want, he always displays a fundamental lack of knowledge when it comes to anything Celtic. Don't see why this would be anything different.

    It's not even funny.
A club like ours. With a brilliant history. And the fake fans can't even pretend to get it right.

Who doesn't know about our greatest manager Big Jock Billy O'Neill who in his previous job as manager of Gotham City won 42 titles and 15 European Cups?
And spent the princely sum of 42p in the transfer market to boot?

    No .
18 months into his tenure and we are still waiting for the fast one touch football.
He lost the dressing room a long time ago .

The question is how many. New poll would be useful:celt_2:

Good to see McInnes getting the praise he deserves in here.
