Disagree, felt it was just lazy fouling. He just went to take his leg away. Not go to the ball.

probs because there was less * from their players- for a change. Just a little bit less *.

i cant believe buggera wasnt sent off its un * believable. its the worst decision ive seen in a long time. what does this guy need to do to get sent off. its things like that that really * me off 2 - nil and the scum down to ten men basically kills the game but the ref leaves buggera on and all it needs is a goal to the scum and we start to panic. thankfully it never happened and yes the ref got most things right but not sending buggera off is unforgivable for me it was a straight red as he stopped a goal scoring opertunity. im * rageing it was a no brainer and for me sums up the refereeing in this country. utter ballocks.

You know it was a stonewaller when Thomson gives us a penalty. No less obvious than the one he turned down last year when weir hauled Maloney down right enough.
He did his job adequately today but lets not go overboard in our praise.
Anyone see that fat * Bougherra trying to claim it was outside the box- hilarious!

Oh yes he could've not given the penalty. Remember when Lenny was attacked on the goal line when we were 1-0 up there a few years ago. Even Sally McCoist said he couldn't beleive the ref didn't give it.

Credit where credit is due. I need to see today's pen on tv before i can comment on wether he should have sent off the defender but my recollection is that it was a stonewaller. Can't remember if he was the last man. Aye...the ref had a good game!

Ref had a good game few daft things where he gave soft fouls either way but he got the pen right. Also could've sent off bougie but never and i s'pose that was fair enough.
Good game for a change. That said , the game was so poor there was hardly any big decisions to call

Someone I know said he's met him and apparently had less than kind things to say about Watty. Apparently he's St. Mirren man as well.

He had a decent game. Not going to overly praise him because he gave us a stonewall penalty. Bougherra could have been off for slap to Mulgrews face in the first have (rules state that contact to the face is a striaght red) and he definetly should have been off for a second yellow at the pen. Also booked Mulgrew for nothing at all. But overall decent.

The first OF game since Dallas was sacked. Notice a difference? The conditions underfoot didn't suit Rangers today.
    A level playing field......

huns should have been down to 9 men. if by not calling every foul against us and for them you mean he had a great game then ok i guess. we still got the wrong end of the stick but whatever

Craig thomson had a good game today, he didnt buy into mcCulloch throwing himself to the ground at every opportunity but he did miss a few glarring chances to book they *. Grandpa Weir must be immune from bookings cos his body check on Kayal was a clear yellow. No complaints from me apart from Bougherra staying on the park and for the first time in a long time i havent felt aggrieved after the OF.

There were other players in the box when Sammi was brought down, not a red imo.

good game but bougy should have been sent off and i think kyle lafferty should have got a yellow for diving in the box near the end

I really was stunned when he pointed to the spot, I mean a penalty for Celtic at Ibrox? * sake.

Fair play to him though because he gave the penalty when the pressure was really on him. Not sending Bougherra off was a shocker though.

He did do other things good as well, like when Lafferty and Davis dived to try and win pens, he told them to get up (but they should've been booked) so I think he did a good job.

When the decisions are correct, Celtic will win the game most of the time against these *

agreed with all his cards tbh. Prob could have given them a penalty as Rogne's challenge on lafferty would have taken laffing-stocks legs away had he not dove dramatically.

But at any rate, lafferty did dive early and so the ref was also probably justified in not giving it.
