Toronto and Man City. Toronto actually probably should have won that somehow.

Having watched the Toronto vs DC game last night I have to say it's possibly the worst game of football I've seen in years. The weather was terrible, it was windy and raining, and for some reason the TV cameraman had decided not to use a lens cap meaning the screen was covered in rain droplets making it nearly impossible to watch.

Really hope that RBNY kick the crap out of Man City (er...I mean NYCFC) today.

    NY is Red not Blue!

It is silly song sheets and so on but their "ultras" often work with the owners and owners know it's key for the clubs success that fans create an atmosphere of sorts, as people will stay long term if they can do that. New York City FC has potential but I think it does look like it is just a farm club and it's a shame for MLS if that is the case. I think long term allowing this farm team could turn into a Chivas USA scenario. If they don't win in the next few seasons people will not be interested in NYFC. I do really like some of teams atmospheres in MLS new clubs with little history yet they create far better atmospheres and noise than most of the EPL teams. Teams like Portland have little history but have far more soul than pretty much all the EPL teams who have been around for centuries.

Montreal Impact fans are the most European like crowd in the MLS in my opinion.

Poor game to catch. The game against Montreal was great though, Bradley, Seba and Jose all scored and the atmosphere was quite good.

Watched Portland Timbers dismantle Seattle Sounders last night. Portland fans were good I thought, was strange hearing "build a bonfire" in a Yank accent right enough :smiley-laughing002:

Saw a comment on BigSoccer which I agree with. It basically looks as if a focus group removed anything which anybody could dislike, but unfortunately that means removing all individuality. The result is an incredibly plastic and lifeless entity.
