It's so hard to say where we're really at right now. Obviously w played * that 2nd leg against Malmo. But so many of our players are unproven in Europe that you really can't tell where we're at. Even Griffiths is inexperienced in Europe.

Janko, Jozo, Blackett, Allan, Rogic, Griffiths, Ciftci etc...* knows how they'll do in europe if given some game time.

Think Lawell rigged the draw so our pesky away fans will all get stabbed to death in Turkey, clearing a path for the sanitized Glasgow Greens to join the greatest league in the world.

So the other day... about 53% thought we'd qualify.

The only thing that has changed since then is.. we've sold Van Dijk and brought in Simunovic & Blackett.

I know VVD will be a huge loss, but... remember last season in the EL? when we had Van Dijk? We still conceded a * load of goals.

Maybe we will benefit from having 2 CB's who won't be bombing forward.

I still think we can qualify from this.. But maybe I'm just being overly optimistic.

We aint that bad, some of you need to get over the fact we went out of champions league. We have been through a bad patch in our recent games. We have signed 8 promising players and have some decent European football ahead of us. We have a great chance of making it through the group giving us a chance to develop the squad from here and who knows where we will be come March 2016. Keep the faith

What I'm hoping for is this group to be a catalyst, Lennon got knocked out at his first try and the Europa league group kind of rejuvenated us although we never qualified from it, we gained vital experience and from there we went on to overachieve in the champions league

I live in a turkish area, Dalston London. fair play to the locals, they stopped my house from getting trashed during the riots. Looking forward to the game in Istanbul. Always wanted to go to Fener

We'll finish 3rd, just behind Ajax and just ahead of Molde.

Main thing is to show progression and improvement over the 6 games. If the players bottled it in Malmo , they're going to really need to be mentally prepared for Istanbul or we'll get our arses handed to us. Interesting test that for Ronny.

One thing I will say about Deila is he's shown he can learn from his mistakes.

I wouldn't be surprised to see better performances away from home than Malmo. Maybe Thursday won't be as bad as we're all expecting.

Is this the same Molde who lost on away goals to Zagreb in CL qualifiers when Simu was playing? Admire your confidence.

Bye the way I still don't understand why having qualified for the CL Groups would you sell your CB and more important why would the Young guy agree to come? Something's strange here.

Probably right... but the back to back molde games, followed by ajax at home is the apex point for us. If we settle down, shape up and (* forbid, all you negative people) win all 3 of those we'll get through I think.

It's not that strange, mate. He and Efe have been seeing each other since the clubs met last season. Long distance relationships are really hard and Zagreb didn't want Efe, so this was the only solution.

Apparently they're thinking of adopting kids and everything.
