Always good getting teams we havnt played afore. You'll obviously find that more in this tournament than in the CL.

I'm not saying I'm not one for standing up and belting out the songs, and I do see swathes of "quiet" areas. Must say the Green Brigade and Jungle boys do an absolutely tremendous job but....

I can also see why there are so many "quiet" fans. We have a mutual relationship with the club, or we are the club - it's a mutual cycle between loud fans/good atmosphere - honest performances - better atmosphere - better performance and so on.

I think a lot of people have given a lot and how much are we getting back? The transfer merry go round of the past 2-3 seasons or more has been nothing short of shambolic. There have been one or two imposters who have came and went or stayed and contribute a fraction of their potential.

Going back to that cycle then someone needs to make the first step which the fans are often prepared to do. But on the pitch we have not been seeing the returns so once Lennon gets the best from his squad rest assured Parkhead will be bouncing again.
