    being a good dribbler isnt enough to merit a starting place in a celtic team. id much rather we had youth ahead of him in the pecking order.

    I like him and he is a valuable squad player and i rather keep him if he wants to stay everybody has his part to play. However for the first 11 we have better players at the moment.

    too true. i'm happy for him to stay if he is happy with that as he will be on small wages but if an offer of £1m+ came in for him, it'd be crazy to turn it down.

    paddy was always the final throw of the dice in games. he wont be missed cos he couldnt bring the discipline of a team plan to his game. but what a ball player. some fine memories.

    People on here seem to think that if we got 1mil offer for him, we should bite there hands off!! That's not the way I see it, we aren't a selling club and our financial position couldn't be much better, I'd only like him to move on so his talent could be appreciated elsewhere, passing up on one million isn't going to us any bad . I hope he's happy and he stays as he's a vital member of the squad, but the way things are going u doubt it

    If he wants to stay then fine. If he wants to leave then fine. However if we had to sell a handful of players to sign one or two of better quality then Paddy would be up for sale if it was up to me.

    If teams like Ajax, Porto and Benfica are selling clubs, you can bet your * we are. That's irrelevant anyway as being a selling club means developing then selling on one of your best players not a player whos overall game is, well, *.
