Gather round lads and i shall tell you a tale

SO anyway the formal was in a hotel which was fine and once it finished (around 12) we got a bus back to the school and everybody was going to this after party now it was meant to be in a pub and the total cost was meant to be £15 so, we were all on the bus ready to go when the guy that was organizing it came on to all the buses telling everybody that the venue had been robbed and that all the "drink" and "DJ gear" was stolen and the price woujld now be £20 so we all begrudgingly agreed i mean what else could we do

So we pull out of the school when all our buses are stoped by the RUC and they came on saying that a parent had rung them up and told them about these buses full of people underage and drunk so anyway the police took us off the bus searched us and confiscated our drink (lost a bottle of paddy) anyway they let us go to the place an hour drive deep into the monaghan countryside we get to this house in the middle of nowhere there no electric the only light is the disco one set up in the front room and our phone torches there was a bar, ( a table in the kitchen) selling bottles of bud wiser for 2.50 that was it. Its was a * disaster so me and my mates got on the first bus out of there.

anyway on the way home we worked out we had been scammed
-The phone call to the police was so that they would take our carry outs and we would have to buy rip of drink there
-We found out the house had been reposed by the bank so technically they had broken ino this house

It was all a bit fisht and the guy running had dissident republican ties apparently

it was a fuckng disaster all we wanted was a nice pub somewhere

It's one of my favourite beers though. If you ever see it, get it. You won't be disappointed.

Their ale is very good! I will have to look for all three when I'm out shopping today!

 

I didn't know they did stout. Their ale is fantastic.

Their stout, which I just opened, is up to expectations.

 

If i have to check every store in Ohio to find it I WILL!
