    Im off them when i get back from my holidays..was going to go on the patches last week,but wife said im going to look awful stupid on holidays with patches all over ne on holidays

    Cheers mate, cut down from 30 a day to 5 in 3 weeks then down to 3 a day for the 4th week and not had any in the last 2 weeks so I'm really pleased.

    Been smoking 36 years but Champix tablets are helping a great deal :50:

    On the test of the dreaded beer but am holding out good :84::84:

    Get Champix tablets from Docs Bob... They told me to basically stop> I used them to cut down first then stop when ready and I haven't been too bad and not found the craven so bad

    I was toldof them champix,i think it was rachelink,member of here.

    But i done patches before,they worked to an extent,til i smoked and didnt finish the course of patches.#

    ANTy way im in holiday mode.

    I used patches before> finish patches loose nicotine.

    No-one thought I'd be off them but been 2 weeks now with them tablets.. 1 tab in morn and 1 at night and I'm awake about 19 hours a day. worth a try :50:
    Might have to grab another can :84:
