    I need to cut down on the betting and limit it to £10/15 quid for the week. I might put a cap on my betfair account to encourage that before I develop a real problem

    That's what I done as I was spending too much.

    I deposit a tenner on a Friday and put two 6 folds on and if I win I bet with winnings or withdraw some of it.

    I * 40 myself this weekend which is a lot more than I should be betting :smiley-laughing002:

    Could have been more because I thought I put a tenner on Norwich the other night when they went a goal down but it didnt go through, and I was too hungover to go bookies and put Celtic -1 on this morning.

    It is, not enjoyable at all when you're betting that much either. 10/15 a week is plenty for betting, get a decent bit of enjoyment out of it and it's not the end of the world losing it.
