I can 100% see where you're coming from though, in fact maybe having such an uninspiring captain is causing mediocre performances. Who knows?

What i saw was a reasonably comfortable win for us today where we scored the goals early on in the game and could have scored more throughout . i know they had chances but thats the way the game is, the opposition will have chances but they never scored, and that is why we won2-0

won the game but another poor showing after we went 2 up teams have been finding it easy to play round our midfield for too long, the midfield dont track players at all. The defence is disorganised, seems like no communication between them this has been the case for a few seasons. I think sometimes we win games when the mistakes would be punished by better teams we still look like we are playing pre-season games that dont matter time to wake up and do the job you are being paid to do guys.

I think we were poor today.

St Mirren created more and had better chances. If they had a bit of luck and/or a better stiker they could have scored at least two. This is exactly the type of performance that we can get away with against teams like St Mirren in the SPL, but gets shown up against even mediocre European teams. Of course we should be happy with the three points, but the performance hardly filled me with confidence

Due to the fact that we scored two goals in the first minutes when they were really poor, I knew that as long as we didn't concede, then obviously the results was ours.

As for being "in control", after we scored our 2nd, we were far from it, the game was completely dictated at their pace, and we were * off the pitch. They controlled the ball and tempo, so I'd say they were in control.
