Yeah and it will probably say we have £105 million in the bank that's going to really boil the * of the Celtic support.

Anyone else think they may be stoking up the club figures for a sale? Like maybe DD wants to step away from it? He seems even MORE aloof than even before, and they were clear that even with money in the bank they WEREN'T gonna spend it... Gotta wonder why? In all businesses, money in the bank is revenues wasted... There was no real risk in buying, when we could just sell them for more or less the same as we bought for... It's just weird!

There's no chance of Desmond selling up. None.

He's said it a few times, and his son repeated it at the AGM, "in his lifetime , and mine, we will NEVER sell the club".

They claim they aren't really "shareholders", but "custodians".
In reality, they're North Korean * despots.

They truly believe that they are doing what is "best" for Celtic. Whatever mental gymnastics they bend their minds to, to justify their outmoded, outdated, risk adverse bullshit, they, like the Kim's in NK, believe theyre smarter than the average Celtic fan, and what they do is for our own good... Because they know better.

Desmond's only independent interview concerning Celtic proves that, where he refused to answer any questions over the phone unless the journalist could prove he knew "Celtic", ie. ridiculous dates of board appointments etc, better than he did.

You’ve failed the test,” he said. “You have to know enough about Celtic to talk to me about Celtic. I’m not a great fan of journalists, as you well know.” He then reminded me that “if there’s anything that’s litigious, I will certainly get my lawyers onto it”.

Dermot Desmond may very well love Celtic. But not in the way you or I do. He's not built like that, hence his financial wealth.
He's not going to let anyone else play with his toys.

He'd rather watch Celtic Park burn to the ground so he can be king of the ashes, before he'd let another person come in and do a better job of "custodian".

    They need forced out.

Going buy guesstimate of previous years cash at bank could be around £82m to £90m unless they say they have paid for barrowfield cash or similar

We as fans can’t win. If we somehow, miraculously, win the league those * will say they’ve been vindicated. If we loose it we can’t get them out, it’s not that easy.

Even if we get 2 good results at Hibs and St Mirren, I hope the board there is some sort of protest at the Killie home game.

I don't know the answer, but I don't want them to get an easy time. Maybe GB banners before kick off, then back the team during the game?

The recruitment team needs changed, if it even leads to a change there, it will be worth it.

It might come out later today but beginning to wonder if the Board and Management are wary of putting out the interim accounts before the Killie home game.

Time will tell but it is normally out around this week. It will probably come down to whether they actually care about the mood music (they don’t normally) or can’t wait to shout about the results and talk about necessary precaution when we don’t make CL football completely ignoring the fact they had an open goal this season and have managed to make it very competitive.

They will sneak them out at half time on Saturday probably. We all know they are going to look brilliant, which then makes it all the more ridiculous that Rodgers hasn’t been backed.

Definitely hiding these interims this is the latest they would have normally come out this week. Either that release them tomorrow hoping there isn’t enough time for them to feature in a banner at the game on Saturday.

They disdain they have for us is disgusting.

They don't want to run a football club.

It's like a weird paradox with our board.

We try and penny pinch but do it in a way that actually costs us money.

We hire a bad manager in Lennon to save cost so end up with a squad full of rubbish and miss out on millions from the champions league.

We apparently want to maximise profit on sales but go cheap on an internal set up that won't allow us to maximise it.

The whole 'Lennon has an eye for a player' quote is actually both things rolled in as one.

    Grim.
