    It''s an absolute cert he'll be booed by some, after all Henrik was, and Aiden was/is certainly no Larsson.

    Truly moronic but that's the sad reality when it comes to some of our support.

    I'll be giving him a warm welcome for sure, loved him whilst he was here.

    I'll be cheering every time someone tackles Aiden and I will be booing him when he is on the ball 100%.

    I was easily his biggest fan on here when he was a Celtic player as well but at the end of the day I am a Celtic fan and I want us to beat Spartak with every fibre of my being. Aiden McGeady is wanting the exact opposite. I bid him no ill will but I will be booing him.

    Anyone that wants to call me an idiot for that feel free. The truth is those that want to happy clap an opponent are the idiots. Not me.

    I'd also like to add I would never boo Henrik I was * distraught when he scored against us that I felt like crying. He was an extra special case though the likes of which will never be replicated in my lifetime.

    He'll receive a warm welcome when his name is called out. Apart from that, anything to put him off when he's on the ball will be done and booing will be included in this. The CP crowd is mentioned so much because of the effect we can have on players and teams and McGeady is no different, the crowd will be trying to put him off his game because he is a quality player.

    Apart from when he's actually playing, he will receive a warm welcome. :56:

    For me Aiden will be just another player, but I'd never single him out for booing for no reason.

    He was a good servant for the club, is a fan, home grown Bhoy and the transfer benefited both sides, no ill will.

    So your just going to boo him every time he gets the ball ? Thats pretty * poor to do that to a magnificent servant and supporter like Aiden.

    When the game starts im pretty sure fans will not go out their way to boo a former fan favourite just because he plays for the other team, fair enough we will not be cheering for him, but booing him for no reason at all is pretty idiotic.

    People will boo him just to try wind him up and as banter, he'll realise that. I highly doubt people will be booing him in the same way they booed El Hadj * or someone like that.
