Bar Nadal they were all average.

And Nadal has since schooled him on several occasions as has Djokovic.

    Why?

It’s true. We’re a stick on for the next 3 SPL titles because we have no competition.

Calling safin "average" exposes your tennis knowledge as lacking depth. don't be fooled by the current lack of depth.

How anyone can argue with this is beyond me and they talk about my lack of knowledge in the sport. The days of the big servers are long gone now thanks to the mainly Nadal and of late Djokovic. These players have improved the standard of the game and made it much more entertaining.

Watching a Roddick v Safin match would send you to sleep back in the day. Federer also is of course a very gifted player but was certainly around when there were a real lack of real talent.

Said it before and I'll say it again. The Novac Djokovic of last year is the best tennis player I've ever had the pleasure to watch. Call it a purple patch if you want but it was still the best.

Brilliant! She's done it, beats Clijsters and now beats No.9 Li Na to move into the Last 16.

She becomes the first British woman to reach a Grand Slam 4th Round in 14 years. Laura was 4 years old when that happened.

Best I've seen Lopez play. Murray did well in the end.

I'm glad Robson went out. I was getting sick of the media bumming her up.

It's not her fault, and she's not exactly brash or anything along those lines, decent head on her shoulders.
