I think I'd have liked to have seen Bjarnason play more, I dunno, at the very least we might have got more money for him if we'd have waited 'til the end of the season. I think he was good enough to get a run out occasionally.

First time heard of the guy, never heard of him before, feel bad kind of, looked like he was a big prospect for us, looks like nothing serious happened for the guy, couple injuries I think it said on his Wiki page

He went to my local club, IFK Göteborg, so I got to see him a lot and also speak to him. He played well one season, but it felt that he played over his limits, and the biggest problem for him was the lack of pace. Never going to be a big player, he suits lower levels better.

'Davie Moyes, Mark McGhee and Tony Mowbray... all managers who'd play football the Celtic way' :56:

*, I'm glad I wasn't on here during the zenith of the anti-Strachan times, clowns

On the basis of that, I thought he'd be a star for Celtic.

As a side not, did Broony not score against us in that game?

Yeah made his debut on the last league game of the season and was excellent, Strachan then put him on the bench for the cup final the next week and gave him a new contract only for him to then be sold 6 months later for £100,000

Aye, cracker of a diving header, and nearly square go'd with Lenny as well :56:

Same with Bjarnnson by the way, one of the best young player debuts I've seen. Not quite a Tony Watt but up there!
