    Daly is a great shout.

    He's a right pain for defenders. Scored away in Europe for them this season. I would take him. He's a better option than Sutton I think.

    I think John Sutton would turn out to be a good player for us if we were to sign him. He is very physical and great in the air. Being with a better club he could possibly score more goals that we will expect from him because of we have more quality players with crosses etc.

    Not if he's played for Rapid Vienna.

    :56::50:

    I think this Garra Dembele fella is worth a look. A new contract and new start could well encourage him to sort himself out off of the pitch.

    I think he's sort of like a cross between an athlete and a target man in that while he's good in the air, he maintains mobility. We don't want a big slow sluggish lump, rather have little and mobile and strikers, but this guy looks almost the complete player.

    thats Ridiculous, holding a grudge against someone who happened to play with a team who done a bad thing decades ago :rolleyes:, its daft, i would play for Rapid Vienna if it was the best offer on my table, they would have to pay me alot tho :56:

    I think it was meant in jest. Support any player wearing the hoops providing theyre giving their all. No issues ever for me.

    me too. Nice of the club to buy from Israel, Honduras and Mexico. A French-African from Bulgaria shouldn't be too difficult then :56:

    the portuguese striker?

    I would take him mate but he's 34 and still plays for Benfica.

    He's a household name. Duno if he would leave that country again though, after he didn't work out in Fiorentina

    I reckon John Carew would be a good target man for us...

    I like the idea of sutton as an option. Got to be better than daryl murphy.

    So that's the benchmark for buying players now?

    I doubt he is anyway.
