I would like to sign Tessman, I know he plays a bit deeper but he is pretty adaptable and an intelligent player. He also has physical presence.

If Hatate stays you could push him as the closest to the striker or buy someone else there if he goes.

 

Looks good but we are the last club that are going to be dishing out to a * entourage that Inter can’t afford surely.

probably should question the mentality of someone putting their entourage over their next move too?

 

There seems to be very mixed reports on this in Italy. It seems the Inter-leaning media reported that the issue was with Tessman and his agent, while more neutral media reported that Tessman doesn’t want to make a move where he’s not going to play significant minutes.

One story reflects poorly on Tessman and the other reflects very well. The truth is probably somewhere in between.

 

Wasn’t there rumours that they couldn’t agree terms with Fiorentina, either? That’s 2 different teams leaking problems with the agents.

 

I’ve never really looked into why the Fiorentina move didn’t materialise tbh, but wouldn’t be surprised if the media have just ran with a continuation of the “big bad agent” story from a few weeks earlier. Fiorentina may even have pushed that narrative.

“Terms” could be the player’s salary or a bonus or length of contract, or agent fees, or playing time, or role in the team. There’s so many factors and some would reflect poorly on the player and others would reflect well. So it’s hard to really judge him here, just off the back of media rumours.

That said, he could sign, be a total * and want out in January at the first hint of interest from down south. Who knows
