    Basically, we tried to sign him, agreed a fee with the club and started negotiations. Celtic then baulked at the players wage demands, reports suggest anything from £32k to £20k. He currently earns £7k and Celtic offered £14k. The deal broke down after that. Reports suggested his agents were to blame, but the agents claimed it was the clubs issue.

    Now they're talking about it again because the player is willing to lower his wage demands, reports suggest the agents are taking a smaller cut to allow the transfer to happen. We were warned about these agents..

    So basically it's back to the start again. The club will take £3.5m for him and if he accepts the £14k or whatever it is Celtic offer then he'll be a Celtic player in no time :50:

    Thanks for the advice Mr Happy:50: The only reason i asked because i havnt heard anything else about the proposed deal since last wk when the deal collapsed due to players demands, agents etc
    Just wanted to k now what the situation was whether or not it was back on or not!
