He'll be used as a rotational player, very good one at that. Just now hot on the heels of Johansen, though they have very different styles as no.10's. Has some ability in just seemingly walking past players with ease.

    That's just his style though.

The guy is 6ft 2/3 not every person at that height will be fast across the deck, it's not natural.

Biton can appear to be 'sluggish' at times as well but it's just the way he plays the game.

Sometimes I prefer that to an all action Brown or Johansen kind of style. Can't fault their effort yes but often the quality or composure is lacking to pick a pass or retain the ball.

Yea but being slugish is different from being composed I think it still looks like he is adjusting to the pace of the game 2 years after arriving

He's been injured for most of that though... How's he supposed to adjust from the injury table?

No surprise considering he's only played 16 domestic games in 4 years here.
Most of which from the bench.

He'll always be that style I think, I would say he's a really skilled player, very good touch, ball control and dribbling ability with good passing and vision, as a 6ft 2 attacking midfielder you're never going to become that skilled if you've got good pace because you'd have grew up using your pace more and never have became that style of player.

You get very few players who are that tall and play as attacking midfielders. Only one I can think of is Socrates who played in a similar style, could probably say Bergkamp too, neither of those two had much pace either although Bergkamp probably seen as more of a striker an only really played that kind of role when he was older. Only other player like him at Celtic I can think of is Chris Sutton when we used him in midfield who again didnt have any pace and relied on ability and intelligence.

Rogic is playing for Australia tonight in a WCQ against Tajikistan on an artificial pitch. These can be really hard on calves, hammies and groins so fingers farking crossed that he doesn't get re-injured.

Couldn't stand it after he's finally emerged from the last injury nightmare.

Big Tam is on the bench for the Tajikistan match, surprised he's not started. 0-0 at HT

Guy is clearly in a purple patch of good form right now.

When he gets back if he shows that he is fit and ready to go he more then deserves a starting spot against Aberdeen.

He was a passenger. Caught on the ball a few times.

He's a decent big player but he'll never establish himself at Celtic, he's far too slow.

Wants too much time on the ball at times.

Yer no playing Bangladesh anymore, Tam. Still like his style, though as I said above.

I think he should have scored with the short back pass

I'd say he was the best of a bad bunch in behind Griffiths but he was my worry beforehand on how they would be all over him pace wise and it turned out like that..

He's far, far too slow on his feet and more importantly, on the ball, for us and our game. Your shouting at the screen for him to release it and he dallies and is intercepted. Happened all day..

His only plus were that Gms and Johansen were worse, and trust me, that's no compliment..

He's alright, but no way does he warrant the no.10 spot ahead of Commons or shifting Stefan out wide. *, even Stokes would probably look better there. Strange decision from Ronny to play him. Not that I really begrudge seeing him in the lineup because as we all know he's not been able to up until now.

Not so sure about this guy , looked well out of his depth today amongst a bad team performance. Should have been pulled long before his number went up today
