At home he assisted two of the goals. Really abysmal there.

Have you actually watched him play? He could become a big player for us if given a run in the team.

Why? He has a fear of the game unfortunately and will never get better.

Fear of the game? Was MOTM at the weekend and so far this season he's been one of our better players. But aye he's scared.

    What does that even mean?

He's got better with every game so far this season, was fantastic on the weekend.

Exactly. If anything this season has proven, if fit, he's shown a desire to improve and realy make it at celtic.

He's had it rough with injuries but given a run of games he could be a good player
Maybe no world beater but he could be a solid player

He's a player who likes to actually play football in that position behind the striker, we talk about playing through the middle and getting the ball to stick up in the final 3rd, Rogic has the temperment and ability to do that.

It's just getting him fully up to speed, fantastic feet for a big man, moves the ball very quickly. A player who could be very useful in Europe, he's a ball player.

We played Aberdeen 4 times last season.

We beat Aberdeen 4 times last season.

    Scored 9. Conceded 3.

    A complete whitewash.

Your fear of them has been proven irrational time and time again. Get over it.

Boy seems ok nothing special though and don't expect him to be a big player for us to be honest.

And we have nowhere near enough in the squad in my opinion. I like Rogic, mainly for this reason. He is comfortable on the ball, and always shows for it. He has started the season better than Johansen in my opinion, and although it would be a big call to leave Johansen out for Rogic against Aberdeen, surely that is the whole point of giving other an opportunity, so they can earn a starting place in the team. For me, I think Rogic has earned the right to start the next game, and Johansen could have no complaints if it is him that misses out. Johansen was correctly dropped at the weekend, and his replacement goes out and puts in a MOTM performance, what more can he do to try and earn a place in the team.

Very true mate, similar style to Bitton in that he's very comfortable taking the ball into feet regardless of those around him. Johansen sets a fantastic tempo in that position and he arrives late in the box very well but he doesn't play much football from there, he tends to do that when he drops into midfield or out wide, it leaves us short through the centre at times.

Malmo was a horrible example of that.

Agree about the comparison with Bitton. Both never seem flustered when receiving the ball. Johansen started last season poorly as well, and I've no doubt he will find form again, but he now has someone competing with him for a starting role, if one is in form, and one isn't, then the latter starts for me. Johansen I feel should have to wait, and try and earn his place back in the team.

I agree, I also think Johansen's start to the season is exaggerated a bit, he's set up 5 goals and scored 3 so he's still proven to be valuable, just not to the same level as Christmas to April last year.

Have been saying it on here ever since he signed - Rogic will be a huge player for Celtic. He's hardly even got going yet. Just wait till he's really fit and flying. Nay * will get near him.
