Want to see him at CAM, the way he picked passes through their defence last night several times in the 1st 30 mins was brilliant, has a good strike on him, bit of pace and great skill as well. But no means is he a revelation yet, that was against a 2nd tier Dutch team, most SPL teams are better than them.

Didny look slow last night, if he keeps injury free he will be in our starting 11.
Good players who lack pace make up for it in other depts. That's Rogic.

He didn't look slow last night, certainly not painfully slow.

Regardless I don't see what the problem is anyway, not everyone we sign will be rapid. He could make up for it with his ability on the ball, seems to go past players pretty easily. That was evident when he first signed and was MOTM vs ICT.

Hopefully we can get him to stay fit and get him few games under his belt. clearly a talented player but just needs to be more consistent and not drift in and out of games.

I'm not talking fast as in running. I mean ball turnover too. Iniesta isn't fast but he has a quick ball turnover/passing for example.

Anytime I've seen young Rogic (and i didn't see him last night IN A FIRST PRE SEASON FRIENDLY may i remind you) but he doddles around on the ball.

You never saw him last night then saying he isn't fast on the ball?:smiley-laughing002: He was fast last night on and off the ball, got it moving and sent in GMS at least 3 times behind the defence in the 1st half. Stop talking pish.

NO MATE, i didn't watch him in a pre season friendly against Den pish last night. However, i have watched him a good few times before and know he is slow on the baw.

Maybe he's turned a corner?? Correct??

He doesn't need to be that pacey, he has good control and good passing... Look at the likes of Ozil etc... And no I'm not saying he's as good haha that's just an example

Was great against Den Bosch... didn't stand out against Dukla however, few players played well in that game though.

Brought back to earth against Dukla.

Needs to work on his defending side, so many times caught ball watching and jogging about, when he should've been closing down, even with players bursting down the middle near the box in shooting opportunities.

Thought he was good today, he's been good in our other recent games as well. Perhaps there's still a place for him here.

Didn't think he was upto much tbh, although I wouldn't hold it against him. It was 30 mins of a friendly

Done well today. If we can get hit fit he will he a great player for us. His biggest assest is his background in "street football" because his technical ability is great.

I didnt think he actually played that well, done ok though. Same with Commons. McGregor I thought actually played the best of the front 4 today, was sharper than he used to be, moved about a lot and got on and carried the ball forward, nothing really came off though in terms of chances but was the same with everyone else.

Thought rogic did ok today, with I nice finish however I felt he was a bit like commons in the way he slows things down and I just don't see him playing the pressing game in that cam position.
But, Before the game deila gave off the impression that he really likes rogic and that we are likely to see a lot of him, which I'm not to disappointed about as long as it's not at the expense of game time for Henderson

He is quite classy on the ball. He has a bit to go before displacing the likes of Johansen or Commons in that attacking midfield role though.

He just needs to keep scoring and creating when he gets his chance.

I can see Ronny demanding a new contract for him soon though, regardless if he is a regular or not. He has bags of potential.

I don't think he slows things down at all. He played a few balls through today quickly trying to set Griff free.
