I don't think he'd have made it anyway but it doesn't take away from the fact that 5 starts is not enough of a chance to prove himself.

Why can't he play in one of the two central-midfield spots? I haven't seen anything to suggest he's more creative than Brown or Ledley. Doesn't look like a number 10 to me at all.

He is too weak and lacks any sort of tackling ability. He doesn't look like a number 10 to me either. He isn't good enough to make it at Celtic. We should look to make his loan move back to Australia permanent in the summer.

Best of luck to him .

I would have rather seen him loaned out in the spl or a English Championship side.

Had high hopes for him, he will probably end up as flop. He's not central midfielder, he's attacking midfielder. I watched him couple of times when he played for Australia, he was very good. Unfortunately for him and McGeouch, Commons is a goal machine this year.

I would like to have seen him playing a more advance midfeild role, lenny always seemed to play him central midfield (when he got his chances) and i think his best position would be playing behind the striker(s).

Anyway best of luck to him hope he comes back a better player.

Think he may be one of those players who simply keeps on going out on loan until he is either bought by somebody or released.

He's not a terrible player but talking to Aussies, you'd think he was Lionel Messi... That's why I kind of want him to get a chance here. To be fair to the lad, he's played very few senior games anywhere. Personally, I think Australia's a daft move - we know we can cut it there. Suppose it keeps him under the spot light for the national side. His value'll increase with a good World Cup campaign. Worst case scenario, we sell him on and break even or make a profit.

Well, Celtic is a club which shouldn't allowed themselves to waste money.

Came on at halftime during Melbourne Victory vs. Sydney FC.

Melbourne were pumped 5-0. Their second 5-0 defeat in 2 games...

most a-league players are ok, tho Rogic wont have a problem tearing it up in oz. Kind of sad as the Kid won't flourish here as the a-league is full of average players. He'd be better off in Spain.
