    Signs a 4 year contract, goes to world cup, comes back and moves home.

    That's not the signs of anyone looking to jump clubs in a year or two.
    Reckon he is at least thinking to see out the contract. Otherwise why bother with a house move if you've got remotely any intention of looking for a transfer next season or so.

    I genuinely think he is being serious, Australian media is known for being toxic and is filled with arm chair experts (SBS in particular ) who's only football game they watch at the weekend is the 1 match of the round in the english premier league. SBS has been breading these clueless writers for years, just look up craig foster on youtube and you will understand. "Celtic without Nakamura is barely a football club" - craig foster 2009 .

    It's just amusing that these guys are from the same country where their professional league is about to sign a 31 year old Jamaican 100m sprinter. They should take a look at what is happening in their own backyard before criticising our league as to why the Australian national team is failing.:triplomur

    Football in this country is the 4th best drawing winter sport behind Australian Rules Football, rugby league and rugby union; and even falls behind cricket given the domestic season runs during summer, our national team can't score from open play and we've still made it to the last four world cups while the 'tartan army' have been shoveling jam.

    Noticed how you failed to mention the quality of the teams you are facing in qualifying there.

    Whilst that doesnt change the fact that Scotland as a nation have under achieved, we have come agonisingly close in qualifiers for major tournaments in groups that have featured teams like France, Italy and Spain.

    South Korea beat Germany, Japan beat Columbia and drew with Senegal. Iran beat the current European champions. Hardly push over teams. The Saudi's were trash.
