Steve Clarke’s Kilmarnock would pump France & win the World Cup.

Will Tam get a break before he comes back or will he be straight out to Austria with the rest of the squad?

Asked about Rogic's timeline after Australia's elimination on Tuesday, Rodgers said: 'He'll have two weeks off from now, so he'll be back when we arrive home from the first leg. He'll be back training on July 12.

He won't be playing in the first leg. It's a long season for us and he's just off the back of World Cup preparation and group stages. So he'll have two weeks free and then come back fresh and ready for hopefully another exciting season.'

What came first, the chicken or the egg?

Does Rogic play well because the opposition are bad?

Does Rogic play badly because his own teammates were trash?

You could make a valid argument for both points.

I watched every minute of every Socceroos game and without trying to state the obvious, it’s a bit of both.

Big Tam was a class above against Peru, he was releasing his left back/ left winger with ease during his stint, especially the first half. He even played a worldie of a through ball to Kruse at one point, and any world class player would’ve put that low and hard across the face of goal, but * Kruse tried cutting it back to a striker that wasn’t there.

As a CAM, Rogic did all he could bar score one himself (which he almost did). Not his fault he’s surrounded by spuds.

If he had Moussa or French Eddy up top during this cup, Australia would’ve gone through.

Rogic is hardly surrounded by spuds in the Oz team. Aye, we've no striker worth the name, but the rest of the team are quality. A very unlucky loss against France (rated 7) and should've beaten Denmark (rated 11). Even the Peru (rated 12) game we bossed for long periods and copped an offside goal that wasn't VAR-ed and then a double deflection against the run of play. If we'd just had a striker who could finish we would have got out of the group, but as far as the actual football was concerned we were just as good, if not better than the others...mostly.

Yea three chances In the Peru game where rogic was with the assist or key pass, a decent striker would have no problem burying them , this is why I thought Tim cahill should have played the first 60 against peru.

Aye Australia really miss Cahill who is a bit of an evergreen so he'd definitely be better than having no quality strikers.

That goal he scored in the last WC will be remembered for a long time. Puskas Award Nominee.

I wouldn't say 'quality' is the right word.

Mooy is a very good player. Jedinak a work horse. Matt Ryan a very good keeper. Other than that there is very little to go on there.
