Hi, since Saturday Talkceltic has been blocked by my ISP here in Denmark for being unsafe. Has anything changed with the hosting since then?

I had a similiar problem on my laptop. Although it wasn't my ISP (although on the rare occasion that it said it was on talkceltic.net, it was saying page blocked, firefox cannot display, chrome cannot display etc). I was also getting errors from Norton advising that the site was unsafe and was blocking it.
Tried different browsers, still the same. Was working on other devices fine (through the same ISP). After multiple reloads, it was still doing it. I was using a VPN at the time, so tried disabling that and yet same thing was happening.
On the rare occasions it did say it was at the talkceltic.net site, it was giving the page is blocked error on the browser itself, as though from an ISP (which may be what you are seeing).
Eventually, I reported the issue to Norton as it was a Norton message were had the site as being unsafe. They checked and came back to say it was resolved and should be fine, but it kept doing it to me, saying it was unsafe.
Once again, I disabled the VPN, reloaded, still wasn't working, then set the VPN to the US and suddenly it started working. Can now switch it to other countries incl UK ok and it is working, no more Unsafe errors.
If you're using a VPN or some sort of Norton/McAfee etc see if disabling the VPN/protection, reloand, then switch it/those back on works? -
