I like Newcastle and Geordies.

But Newcastle United Football Club is not on the same level as Celtic and.. I hate to say it Rangers. Ask a football fan in South America or Asia if they've heard of Celtic and Rangers and they'll say yes. Ask them if they've heard of Newcastle United they'll not have a * clue.

Can't see them doing anything 'great' in the next ten years. Might win the championship but that's bout it.

I'm pretty sure Rangers would pump them never mind us.

 

I'm sorry, but I'll never be able to take Newcastle United or their supporters seriously. I mean, come off it. They are supported in Newcastle and em...nowhere else really.

The behaviour of the Rangers players last night was absolutely disgusting, particularly towards the referee. Grabbing the referee and trying to stop him getting cards out during the Bougherra sending off is disgraceful, and every player involved in that incident alone should be hit with a ban.

agreed , sick of english * who support english * having a go at the spl , we all no the spl is * , but what are the stats in the last 10 years when the top Scottish teams play the top English teams , whats the gulf in monies made in the last 10 years just in tv rites between them yet the Scottish * still can compete

started another thread about this, tbh a dont want to tar a whole counrty whith the same brush especially when theres so many tims from england, like supernick, but its true that considering both old firm teams have been in uefa cup finals in the last ten years that the english pop. in genral hate scotland. i dont know where this hatred comes from. compare our nation to others our size and its clear we have the best league? buts it obvious to the english its a wind up tool for them, if celtic went into the premier league i would think twice about supporting them, even with the resources it would bring, honestly, its a a pride thing and i think any european succes is worth 5x as much because of our circumstances. and I GENUINLEY THINK THIS TEAM IS THE TEAM is the one TO DO IT, DOMESTICALLY AND IN EUROPE.
