    Celtic Pushing For Premiership Duo

    Celtic are interested in two premiership players, James McFadden (Everton)and Wane Bridge (chealsea).

    Peter Lawell has been in England for talks with the duo plus has been further south for an un-named player. Sources say it could be a Portsmouth player others disagree, what is clear is that celtic will have a player before the deadline.

    We don't need McFadden. He's a terrific player but we're loaded with players of his type. Wayne Bridge would be an absolutely fantastic signing though. But in any case, theres only 5 hours to go before the window closes so I highly doubt either of these will go through...and if anyone gets rushed in it should be a centre back!

    Was on ITV news at 6:15, wallace and varga have signed for Sunderland for a combined fee of £800,000. Surely we should bring in defensive cover now as that is our only backup LB (not that he was any good at it) and a backup CB. There must be some budget left plus the £800K, we could bring in a good defender with that.
