    What a stupid thing to do. His WC is over and with him goes any chance Uruguay had. You just don't get that many WC's as a player and countries as small as Uruguay don't get that many generations good enough to have a chance of winning the WC; it's just mindblowing that he'd through that away just to bite someone again.

    He'll look back on that as one of the worst decisions of his life. Sad.

    I really cannot understand what goes through his head when he does * like that. Stadium full of people, countless cameras and a worldwide audience. What a *, * his world cup and possibly any chance of a move away to Barca if this ban is as hefty as many think.

    Find it hilarious "He simply has to stop biting people on the pitch" never thought we'd be saying that sentence when talking about the supposed best striker in the world. :56: It's surreal.

    This guy is * insane. If he wasn't a footballer he'd be in the loony bin. Really though, after everything he went through last year because of his bite on Ivanovic, all of the media press, the ban, the way it affected his life - you'd have thought he'd be smart enough to never do anything like it again. If he wants to bite someone have a chomp on his missus's * once in a while or on Gerrard's hammy in training ffs, not an important world cup game like that with millions watching.

    Can't believe its happened again, i'd love to sit and ask him why he's done that, complete * up of a human being

    He got a seven game ban the first time he did it. A 10 game ban when he bit Ivanovic. So surely it should increase again, maybe to 15-20? I imagine he will be fined pretty harshly too. Maybe in the 6 figure area.

    He deserves everything he has coming to him.

    Word is he'll get a 3 game ban for violent conduct this world cup.... then in all honesty that'll more than likely be the end of it unless FIFA pursue further action. They won't hand out an excessive ban/punishment during the world cup though as they don't want that grabbing all the headlines, if they feel strongly about it then they'll wait until after the tournament is finished.

    So all those thinking he'll get a season, two seasons or even a life time ban are way off the mark.
