Anyone got a video of his reaction to that tackle on Broony? Looked like he was going mental at Davies just out of shot.

 

I love Ntcham but Armstrong of today is comfortably the better player

 

He was greedy early on which was a bit frustrating then disappeared after his goal. Think he got tired. Really good game though.

 

Back to last seasons Armstrong and wanted a square go 10/10

Good to have him as an option when teams sit in.. his runs from deep give us a different dimension.. Ntcham offers more control..

 

I thought he was superb today. An energetic and driving midfield performance which is exactly the sort of role he should be playing. When he’s in that mood and up for it, he’s a great player to have.

On another level to Ntcham for domestic effectiveness.

 

SA: "It’s been a while since I started at Celtic Park. The last start here was the Rangers game on the 30th of December so it’s nice to be back, be starting and playing a full 90 minutes

SA: "I’m trying to build on getting my fitness back and getting more minutes. I had a nice run out with Scotland at home and then a start away which was my first in a long time and then starting today.

SA: "It’s just about building on that and getting the fitness back and getting involved in the creativity side of things."

SA: "I felt better physically in terms of joining in and making runs. I felt a lot better than I did in December when I was struggling a bit. I feel a lot better and when I feel good physically that opens a lot more doors."

SA: "We have a very big squad but a very talented squad and that’s always important when you’re closing out the season and want to finish it strongly. There’s still a lot to play for so having that depth in the squad is very important.

SA: "We’ve had a few injuries but we’ve maintained a consistent level of winning. We’re still doing very well and we’re looking to bring more success this season."

 

Credit where credit's due, had a exellent game today

 

When he plays like that today it makes us a much more threatening and dynamic team. It just annoys me that he hasn't signed a contract yet, I would love him to stay and to commit to us but I don't see it happening.

 

Im saving that video and everytime someones pops up saying stu doesnt care or is playing for a contract in england that is getting posted.

He has been fed to the dogs by some for having the audacity to play for us through serious injury

 

Hope he signs a new contract and sticks around, we really miss the qualities he brings domestically.

Brown and Ntcham sitting deep is overkill in the league.

 

I'd been thinking that we'd missed his running in midfield. We'd become too much of a side-to-side team, while Armstrong offers something different.
