Ntcham definitely has a brilliant maturity about him on the pitch along with big presence. Something lacking from Armstrong before his injury.

Fs. You’d start Tony Watt next Sunday and your reasoning would be the Barca goal.

How can you speak for people when the same people are mostly disagreeing with you? Last years Armstrong was brilliant. The year before and this year, he isn't. Why is that hard to understand?

Foolish to compare them in a way because they are different types of midfielder armstrong is a buzz bomb olly is fluid just oozes through games at times glides past folk but has alot of dig about him armstrong is the other spectrum will run and chase all day and can finish

Don't get me wrong, as an option yes it will be good to have him around.

But no chance id start him straight off. I'm still a bit * that Ntcham didn't start in the game at NY. Look at the difference he made when he came on, whereas Armstrong dragged his * across the park.

He's really annoyed me this season.

Bet everyone at Celtic (including Armo) want last years form back.

To think last summer there was a standoff over a new contract, with supposedly EPL clubs showing significant interest.
That speculation has completely dissolved, along with the quality of his performances. And he now has a huge amount of work to do to become a regular starter again in hoops.

Maybe he's missing GMS more than we all realise

Armstrong's hernia is probably the main reason behind his lack of form, this season. Once he's fit again we should see his best form.

Could be a brilliant option to have to bring on from the bench next week depending how the game is going.

Well, as I stated, I think how the game is going and what the situation is will dictate what players will get on ahead of others. There's situations where Armstrong's qualities would be better suited to the game over someone like Musonda, Paddy, Rogic or Edouard. Again, it will depend how the game is going.

Hopefully he's back fit and in contention soon. He has an ability to run in behind defences which we've been lacking.

I don’t really like him either, don’t think he’s committed to the cause. But, if he comes back from this injury in decent form, he could be exactly what we need in midfield.

    All about opinions Sno.
You confident he will be in the squad/on bench to allow this to happen?

I don't see why not as long as he is fit.

A bench of Bain, Lustig, Paddy, Musonda, Rogic/McGregor, Armstrong and Edouard. Very good bench. Could be altered if Boyata is fit I suppose though.
