    In case you didnae realise football's a contact sport. So we're charging all the players who come into contact with assault then ? Those sort of cynical blocks, jersey tugs and tackles happen every game in every league, every weekend. Its nothing new and will continue for time evermore, is Mick the first Celt to commit a cynical foul ? No ! Will he be the last ? No ! If its such a blatant assault surely the polis will sort it then ? Nah, i don't think so !

    Does anybody have any good theories as to why Mick was really good in his first season in the first team but has declined so noticably since?

    I think Mick enjoyed playing alongside Big Bobo and also he had Neil Lennon sitting in front of the back four offering him a lot of good protection that season. Both these things helped his form I reckon.

    EDIT: Being made captain didn't seem to do him any favours either.

    he was quite good in his first two seasons but looking back it was probably to do with two guys mcleish and le guen they were doing * with the huns and we had the league won by halloween in the two seasons

    why junior football demps? you get all sort of tackles at every level! id say pub football is worse tbh.
