    I imagine the Celtic Board will be offering Scepovic about £10 per week (allegedly), hence why it is reported as being his fault that he has still to sign because he is holding out for £15. When this transfer as seems likely collapses tomorrow I expect Scepovic will be blamed. It certainly won't be the fault of a club that has not spent any money on signing players this summer. Only about 24 hours to hold on and keep that £0 expenditure record intact, be strong :47:
