If/when boy completes medical and all paperwork is completed tomorrow, believe he will be great signing.

Been reading bit more about him, which didn't understand at first. He joined Gijon little over 12 months ago with 3 yr contract with a buy-out clause. He became instant hit and was voted player of 1st half of the season in whole league. In February of this year, 7 months after he joined them Gijon got together €1m, which from what I can gather paid for the buy-out clause. The report is that Gijon now completely owned the player. As a result of this his contract was extended from 2016 to 2018. Stefan was quoted as saying that he was very happy, very settled and just wanted to play, score goals for Gijon. 6 months later we are here.

I believe we will have a terrific player who will score a bundle of goals but one that will be a short term Bhoy who will be sold for a healthy profit.

it was an example all im saying is that players generally would rather go to clubs that pay more than come to us especially without CL even this guy was in the press yesterday saying he was now 'weighing up his options' after we got put out! i will believe this when i see him wearing the hoops
