The seats and rails still need to go in, which will be green.

Noticed this while reading about our new manager today you get a good view of the work going on in the back ground for the standing area.

Is the standing area going to be for season ticket holders only?

Will be interesting to see how the GB set up down the front. It's quite an awkward space with the aisles etc and not anywhere to hang their banner in front of them.

Brilliant timing to get this put in.

Going to be some special games next season I think.

Out of nothing, I'm more optimistic than ever about being a Celtic fan. Rodgers gets appointed, Celtic Park is given a new lease on life with sky rocketing season ticket sales. The Green Brigade have a new, even better set-up to bring the house down, and we are being linked with true Celtic quality players, not hit or miss projects. To top it off, 15,000 fans welcome the new boss at Celtic Park, with our record breaking goal scorer bringing out the SPL trophy. What a great time to be a fan... Hail Hail

To be fair, that isn't really "safe" standing

Next season should be good for everyone. Hopefully it takes off and more of the ground can be changed.

I've sat in 110 for years and the only thing that worries me slightly is that the majority of people around us have never had any interest in standing or singing, even when the opportunity has been there on European nights etc. I hope I'm wrong but the majority of people have decided to stay for the standing section as opposed to relocating and I fear it's for that reason only, to stand.

These people that are staying are clearly gonna head straight for there 'old seat' aren't they? What's your plans mate?

Showing a bit of ignorance here, but I'm guessing your ticket's for entry only and then you go where you want? Or do you have to stand at an allocated rail??

Bit of common sense there rather than the automatic presumption that the atmosphere will be superb just because everyone will be standing. Everyone stands at away games and the atmosphere can be woeful. You still need to have the right mentality and there is obviously going to be a fair number in there that won’t.

You can almost guarantee that people sitting elsewhere that have a ticket for a different seat are going to think * this. I'm going to stand in there where it's bouncing :50:

I expect the stewards will be on the look out for those who plan on 'sneaking in' and the plod wont be far behind them.
