We need a change of system otherwise we are going to get nothing.

If getting across the finish line isn't incentive enough for some players then bring on players that feel they want to prove something. Whether it be first team inclusion, match experience or because their Mums at the game. I don't care the reason but some fight for places is preferred to trying to walk the ball in the net. More intensity, direction, aggression and purpose please. Pretty please if you like, if it's not too much to ask, whenever you're ready, in your own time...
